DISCLAIMER

Content of the logo, technical specifications:

1.      The content of the logo is declared in clause A of this contract.
2.      The logo is sized 16 x 50 pixels.
3.      The following technical specifications are agreed upon: file format PNG.

User's responsibilities:

1. In case of malfunctions in linking the logo to the target site the user will inform the provider (AME) immediately about these malfunctions.
2. The provider may at any time determine another target site and link the logo to another internet site.
3. When designing the logo the user must heed the applicable laws and must ensure that the logo does not violate these laws and/or the rights of third parties/persons.
4. The risk of legitimacy of any statements of the logo/link are carried by the provider especially if the statements violate regulations of competition law and law of labelling. In no case the provider is liable for the user's statements concerning products and services of third parties/persons contained in the logo/link.
5. The user indemnifies the provider from any claims of third parties/persons concerning the illegality of the logo/link (target site) and/or the violation of third parties'/persons' rights and must adequately replace the legal costs.

Removal:

The provider (AME) is at any time allowed to remove the logo from the web site if evidence exists that the logo and/or the target site are illegal according to this contract and/or rights of third parties/persons are violated. Such an illegality and/or violation of rights exists especially if authorities and/or other third parties/persons take measures of whatever sort against the provider and/or the user and these measures are sustained by the accusation of illegality or violation of rights.
